Rebecca M. Blank is the Robert S. Kerr Senior Fellow at the Brookings Institution. Prior to coming to Brookings, she was dean of the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan and co-director of the National Poverty Center.

Rebecca M. Blank is joining the Brookings Institution as the Robert V. Kerr senior fellow, Brookings President Strobe Talbott announced. Blank is a former member of the President’s Council of Economic Advisors and former dean of the Gerald R. Ford School of Public Policy at the University of Michigan.
